-is there a guarantee, meaning is the club obligated to rent you a home if all the club homes are booked . Under what conditions does the guarantee apply?

-what has member satisfaction been about this issue – are there any internal customer satisfaction surveys to look at?

-how has the holiday reservation process changed since the club was formed. What other changes are they contemplating in the future?
