Ian Schrager, one of the pioneering hoteliers that brought us the cool boutique urban hotel (the Royalton, Hudson, Delano), has now moved into developing “Luxury Residences” that combine high-end condos with the benefits of a five-star hotel. His first project is 50 Gramercy Park North – with interiors designed by renowned British designer, John Pawson.
There are 23 residences, attached to the Gramercy Park Hotel.
