Havens is offering a deal to those prepared to make a decision before the end of the month:

Take advantage of the opportunity to enter at the current price of $225,000 with a down payment of only a 25% required…and and we’ll waive your annual dues* for the next year”

The $25,000 savings covers the first one to two years of annual membership dues, depending on which of the three plans you select. Havens offers 4, 6, and 8-week plans ranging from $10,500 to $17,500. Half of the time is guaranteed while the other weeks are on a space available basis.

Several clubs are now offering these last minute decision incentives. While each reduces your initial investment, over a ten-year membership period, the greatest value will be in the quality and consistency of service a club delivers, rather than a 5-10% discount on starting fees.
