Solstice, the boutique ultra-luxury destination club, has decided to add more members, according to Jeff Scult, one of the managing partners of the club. Scult told us that the club, which had a self-imposed limit of 48 memberships with access to seven homes and a yacht, asked its existing members if they were interested in more locations. 92% responded yes, with New York, London and Hawaii on the top of the list.

To fund the acquistion of homes in these locations, Solstice will add new members – at the current rate of $825,000 for a Platinum equivalent membership, although this could increase based on demand. Solstice offers an experience that is very different from most clubs, with homes of value over $6 million.
