Solstice adds Florence home

We spoke with Solstice founder Graham Kos this morning to learn more about their recently-acquired Florence property. Solstice’s model was created with a plan to cap membership at 42 members and seven homes plus their yacht. The club is closing in on their member goal and the Florence residence represents the final piece of their acquisition strategy.
