What do you do after 21 years of professional tennis and eight Grand Slam titles? Join Exclusive Resorts and team up with Steve Case to promote the industry leading destination club.

His wife, former tennis star Steffi Graf, and their two kids are an idealized example of destination club members- financially set, family-oriented, and looking for a way to maximize their leisure experience.

The tennis super-duo and their Agassi Graf Development company will “help identify and develop new real estate for the club” according to an AP story by Howard Fendrich. The pair will also design Agassi-Graf Tennis and Fitness Centers for Exclusive Resorts properties.

The Wall Street Journal reported this month that Agassi reduced the price of their 11 bedroom, 10,500 square foot home in Tiburon, across the Golden Gate Bridge from San Francisco. Luxist.com featured photos of the home.

At $21 million, the estate is about 7 times the value of the average home in Exclusive Resorts’ portfolio. The 3.5 acre-property includes “a vacant, half-acre lot that can be developed separately.” Perhaps Agassi-Graf will start by converting their estate into multiple homes to add on to Exclusive Resorts more than 300 residences.
