Through December 31, 2006, High Country Club is offering an interesting promotional incentive: the next 50 members to join will receive free annual dues until July 1, 2007.
After adding 50 new members in the past two months, the offer aims to keep the momentum going for High Country Club. If the promotion is successful, the destination club will surpass the 200-member milestone by year-end.
We spoke with Heath Kirschner, VP of Sales for High Country Club, who anticipates that these next 50 memberships will fill up quickly. The club has already signed up five new members with this offer, bringing their total to 164 members.
Membership prices for High Country Club are some of the most affordable in the industry and range from $30,000 to $60,000 in fees and $4,800 to $9,600 in annual dues. There are no nightly fees or housekeeping fees with any of the memebrship programs.
The chart below illustrates the total savings for a new member with the promotion. The value varies based on the time you join, as indicated in the two examples:

The offer allows you to pay your deposit, enjoy the ski season and not worry about annual dues until next summer. While the offer sounds compelling, we remind you to review all of the club’s membership rules prior to signing up. One point to consider is that High Country Club practices a two-in, one-out policy for resignation of membership, which means two new members must join the club in order for you to resign your membership. Heath Kirschner stated no member has left the club to date.
